helpful staff accessible attractions good location inconvenient parking outdated hotel awful carpet
the staff was very helpful! they catered for our needs. the location was also good. it had easy access to attractions.
the parking was not the MOST convenient. the hotel felt a bit outdated. i think the flowery carpet looked awful.

amazing staff daily replenishment late checkout
The staff were AMAZING. They catered for all our needs, and more. The owner and staff were amazing, everything replenished every day. I appreciated the 10.30am check out MUCH better than 10am.

pleasant stay near the attractions
helpful hosts ideal location clean room
the hosts were lovely and helpful they ensured i had everything i needed someone was always around to assist i found my stay quite pleasant. the location was ideal it allowed easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. the room provided was clean and well maintained.
the parking area was accessed via a back alley this alley had some rubbish along its path.

the staff greeted me warmly and promptly addressed my requests. their responsiveness greatly contributed to a relaxed experience. the team seemed genuinely committed to.

larger room clean facilities bad shower old smell
i received a larger room upon my arrival. it was clean. all the facilities were working. i was happy with the room and the en suite. the hosts were cute and considerate, and i was greeted right when i got there.
The place smelled like an old people's home to be honest. The shower was not very good at all. i had to fill the kettle with a cup because it would not go into the sink. to call it a family room, you would have been cramped, personally. i wouldn't stay there again.
